Company cars and credit cards, etc.

Without negativity, can someone tell me the situation with company cars, company credit card, salary range etc? I have been with several startups and it can vary. I see an opening I am interested in but I am also in the middle of interviews with a couple of companies. I appreciate your honesty and kindness up front.

company credit card- yes, have you actually been somewhere that didnt give one?
salary range- 100k-140k although none of us can figure out what equation they used to make the offers they did. they dont care how much you currently make

to be fair they also offered a jeep cherokee. not a grand cherokee...but a cherokee which consumer reports rated as the worst SUV in its class....so go with the camry trust me.

You get a choice between a Camry, Cherokee, and a Malibu. Company Amex, between 115-150 (10+ years experience in psych gets you the higher end). Tons of former primary care execs, si get ready for that

Hears a tip been doing for years.

I live in WI and have a boat.

I use the fuel card to power me ski boat every weekend and snow mobile during the weekend,
ITS a great perk

Do not listen to this asshole who claims he is stifling funds . It does not occur here . Everything is micromanaged to the umpteenth degree . If you are coming to work your ass and build then this is the company for you . There is TONS and I mean TONS of pressure to put up numbers . This job is not the usual 9-2 job . This ain’t it . Good luck .

I’m calling bullshit! My manager works 10-2 FOR SURE! He still manages to pressure the entire team and will do absolutely nothing to flow information up, from the field. Micromanaging while working 4/5 hours a day. Welcome to Forest/Avanir/Sunovion’s runoff

If you are interviewing for the Virginia position I would advise removing yourself from consideration. Not worth it. At least half a dozen reps pulled their names from the initial hiring during launch. And I believe this is already his second opening. Not trying to harsh your vibe or anything just trying to help out.

Do not come here if you value your sanity and self worth. The micromanaging and lack of leadership is rampant here. When business tactics and leadership are questioned on daily basis, something isn’t right. It’s survival mode until something better comes along and that’s no way to live.

A very accurate account of what’s going on here. Lots of us are interviewing, many have left. Until they start replacing management, the culture here will continue to be toxic. Stay away unless you have no other choice

It’s inaccurate to say many have left. For the most part, we don’t have a lot of turnover. Depends on what area you work in though.

So is it inaccurate or does it depend on the area one works in? You're right, not much turnover because many of the positions are not being backfilled - the territories are sitting there.

The only reason there hasn’t been more turnover is bc the pandemic limited outside job opportunities. Tons of psych jobs out there now so people will start leaving in droves
