After 10 years, here's my opinion.

Its a Ferrari with a 2 cylinder engine, no gas and a 12 year old behind the wheel.

Great products, lousy people under the hood, stingy resources and inexperienced management.

No GPS or Nav... Forever lost down dead end streets. Randomly accelerations/decelerations/u-turns/driver changes. Occasionally known to run over employees, not pick up customers, not deliver.
