Company car or car allowance

If your territory is huge take the allowance. It's $350 plus $ for miles. If your territory is small take the car. Outback, Jetta, Fusion, Prius and one I other I can't remember. All nicely appointed.

Mileage is $0.555/mile. If you do any significant driving at all (500 miles/week), you'll see over $13K/year in mileage alone. Maybe you drive less, but as long as you're not driving a Hummer, you'll at least cover your costs and be able to drive whatever you want. Take the allowance, drive your ass off.

Thanks for the info fuckface.....genentech isn't the big game it was 3 years ago, so cramb the attitude....celgene, onyx and the mini $$ grabs like pharmacyclics are better....heck, even big pharma has better overall packages for the right spots......but then again your current attrition rate reflects this.

Is the $0.55/mile to cover depreciation+gas or they give you a fuel card also?
