Companies not mandating the vaccine

















Can anyone tell me what companies are not mandating the vaccine?

Abbvie/Abbott. Everyone has to wear a mask, and non-vaccinated have to do weekly on-site covid tests. There hasn't been any signs of a mandate and I'm not sure there will be one. We have our own testing sites, phone app for tests/results, and we are in a financially tight spot with Humira coming off patent. Firing even 5-10% of employees seems like a big risk when we already have systems in place to keep up testing.
 




Do you guys send out test kits for field sales employees? I've heard some companies do the twice weekly cadence (testing on Mon & Thurs) to capture 7 day periods of compliance.

Field sales doesnt have to test. You know.... the ones most likely to be exposed or expose providers, patients.

I'm hearing Abbott DOES require vaccination, but Abbvie (separate company) does not.
 




Abbvie - No vaccination required
Kowa - No vaccination required, but an extremely low pay company
Otsuka - ?
Bausch (Salix) - No vaccination required
Novartis - No vaccination required
 




You can now add Bayer to the list, Bayer HR said they "paused" their vaccine requirement but may reinstate it at anytime in the future! Their careers website still says it's required.

No one should be mandating this. It’s so ridiculous and should be illegal. S been found to be completely ineffective and horrible for you
I think we are going to start seeing companies quietly lift the mandate and hope no one notices the change or calls them out for how reactionary and pointless it all was.
 








BREAKING: CMS just EXEMPTED officials hired to enforce their vaccine mandate...from the vaccine mandate! My office obtained the memo. Stunning hypocrisy. Anyone that is a hospital employee or hospital vendor/sales should start speaking up against these mandates with a vaccine that does not work.

I can tell you with certainty that Abbott does NOT require a vaccination....The way it works is, they do say PROOF OF COVID-19 VACCINATION IS REQUIRED, so IF you have had a vaccination they require you to register that information online, OR they require you to request a medical exemption online, WHICH when you do, it is IMMEDIATELY accepted online with no doctor paperwork or review process! DONE!!! OVER!!!! From there, they simply ask all employees whether vaccinated or not to do weekly testing.

Any updates? Having a hard time finding any companies....recruiters ask on the initial screening call and it's not sounding like many accept religious exemptions? Any guidance?
