Comp

Salary comparable to other companies. The bonus plan is the winner. See everyone gets the same, which is why lazy reps jumped at the opportunity. They can sit home, pretend they care about these patients, look great on virtual meetings, yet do little and earn the same as those actually working. Sales are soaring. The drug doesn't hold them so providers have to give more and more "boosters", thus more sales. It's Purdue 2.0. Just go up in dose wink wink. It's an outstanding job if you're only looking for money. People looking to build wealth, get a new boss or title, and keep people dependent on opioids thrive here. No one who truly understands opioid dependence came here to cure anyone. They came for money, future money, or were fired, downsized or knew their days were numbered. Truth. If you're ok with this, come aboard. We're having a great time. This launch is going very well.

To compensate the people out selling yet are getting paid the same as people who aren’t, Braeburn will grant them 3800 more shares of the stock that doesn’t exist

The above post must have come from someone who didn’t make the cut. So far it’s been a great experience. The compensation plan is pretty competitive for Biotech. Don’t quote me on this but 130-150 for KAMs and more for RBS as always it depends on your background and experience. The IC plan is based on a national number (which apparently really pissed off someone) which has been attainable. It is still early and no company is perfect, but I would say it’s a pretty good start.
