Honest answer from an actual Dendreon sales rep: Uncapped bonus plan, volume driven. The more patients you enrolled, the more you get paid. 60K plus per year. Last quarter, my counterpart made over $30K on high volume. It really depends on the territory and how hard you want to work. It's hard work setting up a strong territory to make that kind of bonus, but do-able. Warning: this is not your typical 10-2 big pharma job. Most reps have been asked to leave or left because they wanted 'work life balance' or couldn't sell.
 


















Here is the deal. This is a great product. It was a great company!! You will not find many companies that pay better. A good rep in a good territory will make over $100K in bonus. Some have made over 200K. The problem is how it is managed. Do your homework. Ask the hiring manager how long they have been a manager here. There are some great people. Most of the real trash has left in the last 8 months. You will have to work like a device rep and there will be pressure. If you can take it you will love selling this great product and you will be rewarded. If your not ready to work 65 hours a week, don't join us. Before you sign anything do your homework and not on this site. Go into an office find out how the rep used to be and speak with them live, it will be well worth it.

Very easily. I made well over $200k. You misread my post. My counterpart earned a volume bonus of $30K last quarter alone, and that is on top of his regular salary. She earned well in excess of $100k last year, her 1st year at the company. For the poster speaking to resume - I get calls from headhunters weekly for attractive positions, but I turn them down as I have no interest in leaving.

Actually, the company rat lied to you. Bonus is not based on enrollments. It's actually based on completed infusions. Unfortunately you don't get bonus'd for any infusion that is cancelled because of collection errors, manufacturing errors, delayed flights, bad weather or anything else. If the product doesn't go into the patient, all your efforts don't get you squat.

Over 99% of patients are infused on schedule and without a problem of any kind.

Lol, that rat talked about enrolling patients. Do patients get enrolled? He also switched the gender of his counterpart over consecutive sentences. Who puts these people up to this or is it just someone from outside the company pumping the company for their own financial gain. He makes MH seem like an angel.

A complete non issue as over 99% of patients are infused without any problems or delays.
 






Okay. I have to side with boot licker on this one. If you are pissed about cancelled infusions, its because you have low overall volume and that one cancelled infusion may make a difference to you in terms of bonus. Sure these things happen but they are the exception.
