I'm very pleased! It seems as though $175-200k will still be very realistic in the specialty rep roles.

Tell me why 175-200 isn't accurate? I've been here 4 years and have never made under that. What have you seen in the new comp structure indicating that will change? I'm guessing you're just a negative person who really has no clue what they are talking about. It must suck to go through life miserable.

Comp plan is a living , changing document . You will not be able to earn significant dollars based on growth . We get paid on growth, unless you want to only earn your base ..so be it , I am working for the pension, and living below my means .

Maybe you are right on the second part but boy you are dead wrong with the first part

Hopefully all sales reps are making that kind of money. That is why we became sales reps. If that kind of money isn't possible, why do the job or better yet, do the job part time and get a second gig going. I will not settle on making 125K per year for Johnson and Johnson who decides to cut you on a moment's notice.
