And yes, it was a horrible comp plan for most divisions. Multiple factors at play here.

Olympus is going to be losing people very quickly. Both literally and figuratively.
 






Energy , is the backbone of Olympus. Sean Moore, Is the reason ! He has inspired all of us. He is honest , transparent and he believes in developing future leaders. He always fights for the sales force. Energy is a destination , because of his leadership and the outstanding compensation program .

Two more ENT TM's resigned today
Philly & Ft Lauderdale... at this rate Energy & ENT won't have any sales reps by Memorial Day. Video guys are also starting to resign at a steady uptick...
SOD will for sure reply with, "those folks were fired." This place is turning into a ghost town, literally! Urology!!! Where you at? Lots of resignations the first week of April, but we need to pump up those resignations for month end... Come on! You guys are really going to work for 5% commission? Really???
 












The situation is as bad as I've seen in my 6 years here. Well respected people that I stay in touch with are on the brink of leaving, and I see no improvement ahead.

The company may be broke, are they just trying to push people out? Someone from the inside needs to talk.

Anything but addressing the elephant in the room.. Respect your sales people, and pay them for their hard work. It's that simple. Obviously OCA is having a fuck of a time hiring new reps. As they should!
