Comp plans are pretty much screwed across the board in medical device. Time to find a new industry.
I agree completely... Glory days are gone and many good reps will have to look at positions outside medical to earn a living.
Also Agree. Reps selling in the tech industry seem to be killing it. That might be the place to go.

I agree that most people would enjoy making 150K....but....i've been making close to 300k for the past 10 years with boston...so when you cut me back to about 200k that is a huge hit....
