Comp Plan

I just wanted to thank Randy for an Equitable Comp Plan for Q1, 2013.

My suggestion would be to keep the base and growth vial payouts the same for the entire year, and not lower them.

If reps can make good money (and I am a rep), you will see our sales go through the roof!

I truly think we can attain profitability in Q2. When we do, how about that 401K match?

2013 could be our breakout year!

This is an attempt at sarcasm, right? I have spoke to 7 reps since the email and everyone agrees that this is a horrible IC plan. People run their mouth about everyone leaving, but this really will cause some people to leave. Thank you upper management.

You're being sarcastic, right? I've spoke to 7 other reps and everyone agrees this IC sucks. Thanks upper management. No chance to make great money for most, why even try that hard. Most will just go through the motions.

Agreed, but it's still employment. Many had a good year, this will be different. Could always be worse.

p r you left last year. let it go. not surprisingly the sales improved.

Yeah p r. Don't you know that slow and steady wins the race? We don't need to grow sales fast. We can take our time. We have plenty of money, and the drug can never go generic. PLENTY of time! If we just grow a little every quarter we will all be multi millionaires. This is the Home Run we have all been waiting for *sigh*

The whole point is to create the environment for natural attrition. Paying the same payout as the 4Q is not an incentive plan. It's demotivating and they clearly want people to leave. Our high volume, top performers are going to make $3500 for every 10,000 base vials?! That's a joke. It will be interesting to see what the 2Q plan looks like. Can we really go down from here?
