I agree. I think they will prime the US markets for an eventual marketing takeover by Big Pharma. The Reduce-IT patent infringement law suit will set the tone. For Europe, which does not concern US employees, we will have to wait and watch.

Unless there is something positive brewing with the lawsuit, I am not sure how the generic bleed will stop. My only hope is that generic liability keeps building up with each passing month. If they get hit with infringement, they are all going bankrupt.

LOL, this idiot has been posting this every month for months. Eventually he was going to get it right. Not doing another layoff so soon, would have done it all in Sept.

Also don’t know if there is BO until deal is done and immediately announced to street (required). If you’ve been spared, just relax and enjoy the holidays.
