Why can't I get an accurate accounting of my commissions?

When I first started, my commissions were docked because the rep who had the territory before me got paid money they shouldn't have, so they took the money away from me. When I brought this up to my boss, I was told not to worry about it, just stay focused on getting new business.

Now, the entire sales force is getting their commissions docked for a supposed error that happened two months ago. With absolutely Zero transparency as to what happened, Just you owe Aegis thousands of dollars.

Is this normal at Aegis?

Yes, this appears to be a normal part of working for Aegis.

My entire team knows Aegis steals commissions dollars, but everyone, including our ASM and NSM, are so afraid of retaliation from Mike Z that they refuse to help.

You are working for the wrong people if they aren’t willing to go to bat for you. Then again you are posting cowardly messages on an anonymous website so I’m guessing you didn’t ask anyone for help
