Why is it the fault of the TM's for not selling product into distribution; and not the fault of the person who removed the rebate that gave the distributor's the incentive to buy product?
This company is all talk because they claim they want to improve it's internal processes, but it has no problem with not paying it's reps for the work they performed in 2010!
If this is what it is like to work for a "family company" then I'd like to work for one that can be held accountable for it's actions.
