Comments on Publicis Leadership?

Entresto contract leaders are the absolute worst. I've been in the industry for over 15 years and have never seen more inept, more disinterested leaders. We are treated like 2nd class citizens by Novartis and the publicis leaders could absolutely care less!!!!
 






























What else is there to post? The 1st post says it all. Publicis completely sold out the Sales force to NVS.

Turnover was upwards of 70-80% of the original reps. Publicis management took a blind eye to how NVS was treating the reps and in many cases Publicis RM's made snarky comments toward reps to fuel the harassment and hostile work environment. I'm shocked there hasn't been any lawsuits against them and HR for letting it go on for so long.

I can tell you down in FL it's a total Side Show on both sides of the coin and hear that there is about to be some good drama about to develop if something / someone / some people don't grow up and put their foot down.

Publicis Managers only care about what the company managers think. If company management only cares about hiring and maintaining pu$$y, and by that I mean really seductive looking women...well then there you have it. It’s pretty obvious how that story goes.

By that, you mean the ones who are a little on the trashy side of course. If you are decent, they can't stand your ass.
