I purchase a 2011 Vespa Sprint for just $1800 last year to work on a contract. I only have to spend about $7 a month on gas! The offices like it when I drive up to their office and do the "beep beep!" on the horn. Unfortunately I live in a state wear you have to wear a helmet but you do not have to get a license tag or insurance. MAJOR cost savings!
