Getting recruited by Bard. Does anyone know what really the pay structure looks like? Recruiter is saying first year 150k. Is there a base? I heard a lot about micro management. Does anyone know why the position is open? Is this a solid territory? Lots of question I know. Right now I make 90-100k with a high quality of life. Thanks

They stiffed the old rep. Performed very high in this terry though. Your High quality of Life will be long gone my friend. There is no work life Balance here. Micromanaging at it Finest and product bag that is below par.

The manager is recently promoted and one of the best all around people at BAS. Great culture, good products that are being commoditized and a good work life balance. If you can sell and work hard, then go for it.
