I am in the northeast and I applied for a job with astellas as a PC rep... The DM told me it is for a PC gray position because a PC Red was already filled. Can someone clarify the colors for me? Is red better than gray, etc.? Any insight will be much appreciated. I have an interview next week.

Don't do it!!!!!!

Gray is the original PC rep division. Red is the division of reps originally contracted to sell Sumavel and then rolled into APUS PC. Generally, gray means a smaller territory. Managers are a crap shoot.

Run from PCP red - it is a disaster. PCP Gray (hopefully) has a chance at surviving here in the mid term.

AGREE! The PCP Red sales force is completely useless ever since Sumavel went bye bye! You could get rid of all those reps and managers and our sales wouldn't change one fuckin bit! What a waste of resources! Get rid of them and give us more speaker $$$! How does nobody in the brilliant "upper management" not see this too???????

Um...which division do you think is higher paid? If they're going to get rid of reps, you can bet they will start with the highest salary in a given area. Don't be deceived into thinking that Mgmt has any loyalty to you, your numbers, or your division.
