Cohen is indeed now out

I agree, do not believe others. Do you own due diligence. In this case, stop being lazy, pick up the phone. CALL Steve Cohen Point 72 Asset Fund and ASK them directly if they still hold Pernix. It is not that difficult. No is any insider information regulations being broken. It is that simply to confirm that Cohen is OUT of holding Pernix.

I called and confirm that PTX is not part of their family fund. Would not give. Refused to give out any additional information and referred me to review the SEC. Filing they will submit by quarters end.

So sir you are lying and pumping.

whoever is starting all the BS rumors on here needs to stop. It doesn't help anyone. Your not going to get cheaper shares spreading lies on a sales rep board.
Nobody will know for sure how much institutions hold until quarterly 13f-HRs are all filed showing Q2 final holdings. Releasing the info early to anyone would be considered material information not yet public, not okay. SEC requires all quarterly 13f's to be filed no later than Aug 15.

Check out Steve Cohen's Point 72. Asset Web site under listing of current stocks invested in.
Last month Pernix was listed. Now guess whose name is no longer listed.

Don't shoot the messenger. Go ahead and check it out yourself and decide what it means.

You're a dummy who clearly doesn't know how to dd. And if you work for Pernix, no wonder shit hit the fan. Good luck flipping burgers.

Hey buddy are you an adult that you speak so immaturely. Again, why are you investors on this board.
As for Cohen, it is real simple. Just wait for the SEC. Filing to see exactly what he did.

Based on the stock price remaining way below $1, then you very well may be correct. Sedor did just announce in a filing this week he purchased million of shares in a different biotech company (see SEC filing from Tues I believe). Why wouldn't Sedor buy more of Pernix at .50 cents and announce it also. Because he did not buy anymore Pernix and most likely cut his losses earlier in the month.

Time will tell though.

What? Sedor's last filing was in May for aquiring more Pernix options. He has not reported any purchases since.
