Pernix no longer listed as. One of his funds 180 investments. I believe he has 45 days to file with SEC

Last month Pernix was listed. Now guess whose name is no longer listed.
Don't shoot the messenger. Go ahead and check it out yourself and decide what it means.
Based on the stock price remaining way below $1, then you very well may be correct. Sedor did just announce in a filing this week he purchased million of shares in a different biotech company (see SEC filing from Tues I believe). Why wouldn't Sedor buy more of Pernix at .50 cents and announce it also. Because he did not buy anymore Pernix and most likely cut his losses earlier in the month.
Time will tell though.
