Still no details on the trip for COE winners. The company screwing up top performers again by delaying the award so that they won’t have to pay out.
Rather than convert the trip into a cash award this cheapskate of a company is holding out so that if one of CEO winners resigns they won’t have to pay out.

Same goes with the contest to incentive Reps to gain néw business. Contest has ended more than a month but no pay-outs announced.

At best, ‘leaders’ at Sun are 50-something year old white guys who’ve had very mediocre careers. They come to Sun hoping they can run out the clock till retirement. And so yes, their testosterone levels are near zero, and you’ve got a raging little man at the top who really is in over his head, pushing those leaders to execute stupid strategies. He’s completely failed.
That cannot be refuted, just look at how the business has performed since he arrived.

WHO IN THE WORLD would keep their job in the US with that record?
No one.

Regarding the COE, I was paid the last pay period. This year they covered the taxes so it was a true $10,000 payout. All the BU heads have gotten together and decided no trip. No clue as to why other winners have not received it yet.

This all comes back to the core strategy of the company: cut cost at every step. That’s job 1. It’s a generic pill company in India, that should tell you a lot.

It is a real shame on the trip. With Biologics new Dis-incentive compensation I am destined to be hanging at 100% now. There is no incentive to drive the biz for the thankless leadership. It was a fatal mistake that will end any real sales effort from me or other players.

If you’re at Sun more than a year, you can only blame yourself so don’t complain. None of the BS is new news.
 






This all comes back to the core strategy of the company: cut cost at every step. That’s job 1. It’s a generic pill company in India, that should tell you a lot.

These people should be running convenience stores, not a drug company. The ethics and integrity level of this industry is just too high for them to compete against REAL drug companies based upon their normal business practices.
