If you look back, NH leading COA was the beginning of the end. Missing reports, quotas that can’t be explained, territory realignments that placed people living outside their geography. Nail in the coffin; the commission $ take-back based on ???? (We are right, we just can’t show you the data).

Despite all these events, worthless ACE system, employee turnover 2nd to none, 300% growth expectations. The Queen remains.

I liken her tenure to Biden getting another EIGHT years. It’s illogical, but it does satiate a comedic desire.
 






No truer post has ever been posted! I thought she would get the ax after the Q1 bonus nightmare.
Then I thought her amazing launch strategy for oncology that was one of the greatest launch failures I have ever seen would be her end. After a year we still get targets that make zero sense. And the same ped endo targets every 2 weeks.
Then I thought missing the Oct 25 date for Q4 goals might be the tipping point.
The sales data we get gets less and less helpful. And is weeks behind.
Yet TT gives her more & more power.
And all of the above is a huge contributing factor to why we have over 30% turnover in 6 months!! Great work NH!
