I love this new Tracking system because management will now be able to easily see that I am working compared to some of my co workers who stay home every day and fake calls. I am out the door by 800 a.m. every morning and don’t return until at least 5:30 p.m. Thank you Lilly for putting this in place. It will force lazy reps to start working while keeping us safe. I am already the top rated in my district.

If you have to be out making calls this long in the day maybe you should be a more effective rep. If you are in offices after 3pm you are a dick.

This is false. I was with my manager yesterday and she slipped that they can see their reps' location.

Wouldn’t be the least bit surprised. We’ll know soon enough when people start getting fired. IMO being fired from this shit company wouldn’t be the worst thing.

Amgen is worse, my wife has a fleet car with them. Installed geotab into the vehicle cpu sucks! It transmits real time data randomly 24/7/365. It shows location, mileage, and driving habits like current speed, braking, seatbelt use, and more. You better pass quick as the system gives you 20 seconds to go 20mph over the speed limit for passing in traffic. If you disable it, everyone is cc'd via email asap. She tried hiding the car several levels underground and the signal is still strong. Leave it to overpriced Volvo to have all these monitors. Amgen also has tricks up their sleeves for iPad and cell tracking. What for it....the real nail in the coffin is that these Volvo suv's are 100% electric. The company installs a charger at your house and monitors when you are plugged in and where you are charging in the field. EV techies know that these EV's also come with extra tech and tracking software.
IF you ever get the option for an EV, think twice my friends. We are in a whole new world now.

This app, like Veeva, makes the job even easier. Managers who track these kinds of metrics are less interested in actual sales achievements, but are trying to stay off some list by their managers. So I could drive the fleet car around town, stop by a couple of offices, leave literature, running errands, etc, and finally parking it at some hospital in my territory where I’ve left my personal car, or a second company vehicle.

My car will be in territory 8-5 every day.
