It continues to amaze me anyone would even think about joining this mess of an organization! Could pay $300K base and wouldn't matter considering most will he out of a job within months.
Looking at an opportunity here. What are the main issues? How is CNS sales leadership DM/RD) and CNS Sr sales leadership? Pay, culture? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

Only 2 districts made bonus. Question, if you think your manager has no experience then post for their job n make changes. .......
The people who complain here are newcomers here and came from big pharma expecting no accountability and to hide.... Most if them anyway.....

Jesus Fricking Christ, can anyone answer a simple question on this board?! Look, I work for a different pharma company so I understand when a company has issues. But all you do is bitch with no reason or examples. Give me something to understand, for crying out loud. When someone asks what cars there are, and the answer is why would you work here, it adds nothing. Or, how much are starting salaries, with a reply like, run don't walk. If you are going to take the time to come on here and complain at least give some examples, otherwise you just sound like a lazy whiner! Now please, can someone answer a question without being a crying douchebag?
Listen asshat! No one owes you an explanation or a solution. If you want to come over, then come on over. If you can't read between the lines regarding the lack of leadership, direction, pipeline, blatant cronyism and everything else expressed here then you might actually fit right in. Now quit feeling entitled to an essay that answers all your questions in the manner and tone you like, pull up your big boy pants and do what makes sense for you.

Check out who interview and how its done. Its not what you can do and your record of accomplishment they're after. Prime people are passed up. Says nothing good about the managers when they cant interview then throw curves balls and wind up taking young good looking reps over experience and record. I hear the interviews were BS anyway and one manager had too much to say. Its a questionable company if hiring managers cant pick their own team.
