Ok CNS sales force, maybe if we list our complaints on this forum (in our own words) someone up top will finally get it. I'll start

Frozen universe. I think the CNS reps get screwed week in and week out by not getting credit for non targets. It's so unfair. There's got to be a better way to do this!

Agree. Also geographies are too large to manage efficiently. Neuros for the most part do not rx opioids, they refer them to pain. Territories were also carved out for the Nucynta business, not Cambia.
 






I totally agree with both points. CNS alignment is totally messed up. Also, Pain Team in my district officially calls on dual target Neuros but in reality not. I've been told I am on my own with the Neuros by my Pain counterpart. Gee thanks because I'm working hard on my dual Pain Management targets. There is so much wrong with Depomed. CNS is screwed and I don't see changes in the immediate future. Hoping for the best but expecting nothing to change.
 












this is so funny!! CNS is made up of most legacy Depomed reps. CNS reps were brought over to call on the "creme de creme" of docs & where set up to succeed. Unfortunately, what you didn't realize was that meant that you had to work, & not rely on your snacks, lunches, or Simple Script to get your job done. You have to sell clinically and on label.
