Contract to be run into the ground by JW. He thinks there is such a thing as a free lunch. Even if it was he would find something to complain about. Have you ever heard of a treadmill or maybe an iron for that suit? Treat others as you would like to be treated. Sounds to me like you are getting a big dose of Karma in your life and you deserve it. Who is JW? What does popcorn have to do with this contract? Your post has anger but are you sure you are on the right thread? Please clarify because I am confused by your posting...
 






If you don't know who JW is consider yourself lucky. This ass clown is a piece of work. From "That's good I think I might use that" to the never ending complains you get while having a meal with this individual. I guess JW is like any other manger in this industry now tryiing to hold onto what was once good and think they matter. A manger is just a baby sitter who gets paid a little more than the rep. The enjoy the title and think they are hot stuff because they ride along and critique somebody. Let them try to sell for a day and you critique them. I bet that more than half of them would get a below expectations or whatever classification they use for someone who doesn't get their message across in the 30 seconds while trying to flip thru the computer screens only to get a that's great I remember that from the doctor. Mangers make sure you check the box and fake/make your calls. The rest is just background noise. Popcorn is the way that JW would try to see who can sell a product rather than talk about it. It's a good exercise in selling but played more than the most popular pop song on one of those top 40 radio stations these days. JW thinks that she/he has invented the wheel. Only a retread, just like JW.
