CN Purchases ECG Scanning

I think it is all part of Joe's secret plan. Everyone thinks he is an idiot but I think he is smart like a mad scientist. Drive down sales and morale, turn over the sales force 2-3 times, lay off home office people just to rehire and train, PO medicare. buy worthless companies, send patients to collections, sink stock price, promote Jarere. Who else would do all this?

This might be true, or maybe Joe sees the value in a last ditch effort to raise capital through stockholder confidence in the company's operating portfolio. If the stockholders see CN still operating as normal AND still purchasing companies, this purchase may boost confidence and boost stock shares. Also, CN is trying to associate itself with a reputable/honest company, like a reference; ECG scanning is honest, maybe CN isn't so bad afterall........

BUT.... the stocks didn't even budge with this purchase, and in fact went down from 3.03 to 2.90-something; maybe the whole confidence thing doesn't work when there is already bad press out there about Cardionet being investigated.....

I have to say the person who posted the second post here nailed it! I have no idea what this guy is thinking. The sales force is leaving in droves and they decide to stop maching the 401k and purchasing worthless companies. I can't wait to see what he does next. I am guessing no raises for anyone accept Jareer!
