Blake, love the fantasy of wanting candor!! This company never coaches up, never allows for honest feedback!!! (In the field, anyway!) "Positivity only" should be your motto!! Hahaha!! The reorg shook up a lot more than was hinted at originally. And, there was ZERO room for any feedback from TM level on the absolute cluster fuck the reorg was. Mentally stressful, anxiety, and no grace was demonstrated by leadership, from BD up! And trust me, no one wanted or accepted even that basic feedback.

Absolutely they don’t want our opinion and if you stick up for yourself in any way you are seen as a problem!!

30 years ago 70% of prescribed medications were branded and 30% were generic. Today, less than 10% are branded and over 90% are generic. This industry is the wrong career choice for young people because it is only going to get worse. Big waste of valuable time. Very few people will have a 30 year career with this industry because of available generic medicines.
