Just look at who is at VP levels one level down from the ELT with no relevant experience in the important functions they are leading. You can probably see that they all got promoted 3 times in the last 2-3 years. The only credential they have is they are DEI candidates. The practice is widespread in Commercial, HR, IT and Corporate Affairs. I am not saying all of them are incompetent, but a big number are. And these clowns are making decisions about you and me with very little information! Way to go on setting up BMS for success with great talent.
