Getting my ass handed to me the past month or two. 90% of my accounts have signed up for the new reprocessing that just came out.

What are we going to do as a company. Our response is crap, clinics aren't falling for it.
 












Get out now. We are dealing with reprocessing on the EbD side and the company was totally blind sided by it and utterly unprepared. THey have no answers and have been silent as to a response or strategy. Polish up the resume and do what everyone, and I mean everyone in EbD is doing. GET OUT!
 






Everyone is looking for another job, leadership missed the mark on reprocessing and the robot. Going to be a bad year for the company. Let's see what they squeeze next like expenses or company cars to make up for their bad decisions.

Let me guess, you just got canned for performance or lack thereof and now spend your time bashing the company that paid your bills while you underperformed year over year. Wrong sporto...been here for 7 yrs. making money hand over fist right up until this reprocessing service put a major fuckin' dent in my way of life. Reality is it's out there, we can't and won't stop it.

Dude, right there with you. This reprocessing thing is getting bad as it has gutted my territory and can't stop it ... Mgmt was asleep at the wheel

you are an ass. Hmm, lets see, have 50 % of territory of a territory go bye bye due to reprocessing and its the reps fault? How's it going in up there in management?
 






So true. I've been a top producer for 5+ years and gotten to know some of the leadership over that time. In two separate conversations with AVP level folks about reprocessing, both asked me what I "thought we should do about it". Really guys? Ethicon getting hammered by this a few years ago didn't sound any alarm bells? Serious failure. I could combat slowly losing business to robotics, but reprocessing is cutting my legs out from under me.

well, that's what happens when you bring in outside folks, "fire" all the existing people's who had an eye on it and then act surprised when its starts up? But of course, it's the reps fault...
