Clinical Training Resident

Any one familiar with the program. Thoughts? What do they pay you while you're in this training for the first year? I've applied for this and I think the training and education would be great, also setting you up for a good future position. My resume and qualifications easily fill all the requirements but I've yet to hear back from any one on this.... Do they start a training class during a certain month each year? e.g. they gather resumes for awhile then eventually contact people back for a future class. Or are they hiring year round for this??
