Anybody able to make any damn money? Starting to get pretty pissed. Blowing out my rule of 78, have called-in and made my goals every month. But because of attrition that I can't control (hospitals buying practices, internalization, etc.), I cannot make any damn bonus. Pretty awesome that I bring in $10,000 new business every month, but don't make any bonus because shit like this costs me $20,000/month.
 






That is exactly why I left after a long time at LCA. DK got his 90 million, thanks to good sales people like you.

Get out a.s.a.p., you will be glad you did and take all you can from LCA. It is the only thing the gets their attention.

It used to be a good company to work for, now all the greed has screwed all of the Sales people.

All you will get from management " it is what it is " and you know it is a " bad economy "

At LCA, you are only as good as their last month's sales. What have you done for me lately, they say. Who cares how many Gem Clubs you won !

You are waisting you Career and potential retirement by continuing to work there.

Its the labcorp way dude. The comp plans are designed so you can't make any money.
 


















Why are the west coast SME's making all the cash? SDE's are getting screwed. Who has made 30-50k thus far? Please do tell. I need to take out a loan because I'm making nada. Who's this Kip dude?
