Clinical Sales Position West Coast?

Can anyone provide general info on a clinical sales position on the west coast? I.e. Base salary range? Average bonus (not what the company says is the potential) , company culture, management? The future of davinci robot with pending lawsuits (is there potential for growth?). I am considering speaking with a manager about an opportunity. I am not actively looking and am happy, but do not want to pass up a great opportunity.

At plan is very feasible. Very dependent on your territory. Make sure to ask how many docs were recently trained w/in the territory. If you have saturated accounts, it will be hard to grow. You can ask about training pipeline, but they could give you docs that are nowhere even close to wanting to train. Don't worry about the lawsuits. Majority of the suits are a result of physician skill. The lawsuits haven't affected any existing docs from continuing to do cases, and haven't scared any new trainings from getting trained.
 












i am looking at a position in California, but i've heard upper management is good in some places bad in others in CA. any thoughts? sounds like a good opportunity and good money, but i don't want to work for bad people, or managers that work for psychos.
