Clinical educators taking a pay cut while sales gets raises

Really shows how much they value the ILD CE team. Most have master degrees, multiple licenses…and they’re cutting our pay….time to start looking people. Writing is on the wall

So how are they cutting your pay?! Once a salary is reached I highly doubt bi will say we’re dropping your salary…can’t do that…so where’s the pay cut ? And honestly ILD ?

Switching from IC to VPR for bonuses. Some people stand to lose 20-30k a year. No bump in base salary is being offered. Effective 2027…they said it gives everyone time to find a new job if they’re not happy with that. Thanks BI

Be happy with VPR. More will make more. OFEV is performing terribly poor. BPR allows you to glom onto the net sales that Jardiance is achieving. Along with Respimat. OFEV was short close to $200 million last year.

you might want to reconsider that complaints about IC to VPR.

2027 probably won’t even have jobs anyway. This is Pharma, after all .

You must be new to pharma. Assuming that you will have the same job at BI in 2027 is unusual. Since you are not sales, IC could be a conflict of interest for you.

Everyone in ILD is on the chopping block considering the poor sales performance. Welcome to pharma, that’s how things roll.

Yes, the writing is on the wall. BI doesn’t care about your multiple licenses and your advanced degrees. If you are not part of the profit, you are part of the problem. Healthcare and Pharma are both businesses, it is not personal.

Without someone to sell the product... You wouldn't have a job. Go ahead and start looking, they'll be 10 more applicants with masters degrees and multiple licenses ready to do you job for less lining up to take your job the next day.

Maybe you are overqualified. A good RN, with some experience could do the job. Use your multiple advanced degrees for something that requires that training.

LoL Cp is full of majority sales reps....dude thought he was gonna come in here and drum up sympathy. You'll find no sympathy among the reps my guy...No one earns more money and gets spit on more than sales reps in any pharma company. Can't handle it, go find a new career.

Boo hoo - don’t know about the other areas but here in the East, we have more patients stop therapy after talking with a CE than continuing meds. We can do without them
