Can anyone tell me what the atmosphere is like working as a rep for GI solutions? Are goals attainable? Management micro-manage? Do customers like the product? Salary? Bonus?

just spoke w a buddy about BARRX. Said it is a great gig. Very complex sale, excellent tech. Not for med device rookie. however, very few are hitting their number, and they have lost some of the better talent recently as the comp is way below the job. Said this is the least he's made in 10 yrs. I make more and work less, what's the point?
On the clinical side it is a little tough because it is all dependent on whether or not the capital is in play. If you only have 3 units in your territory you are very limited especially with what it is used for. They tell you 155k at plan but I know of no one who has broken $200k yet as an Account Manager.
