Interviewing for a spot in Cleveland PC1. How is the the manager? What is managed care like for the products?

There is a reason he has been trying to fill that spot FOREVER! If you are unemployed take it till you find something else. The last rep lasted like 8 months. Can you say MICRO-MANAGE! Get ready for a phone call at 2 a.m. to see if you are sleeping. When you interview don't be suprised when you see the manager in big red shoes and a multi-colored wig...that is what clowns wear. If the manager happens to be Kathy G then I would say "jump on it", she is the best...we were always jealous we didn't work for her.

I will just take it for now but dont want it really at all. shitty manager it seems a real a-hole. But for a few months I may take it but will keep looking the whole time for something better. Just will carry me until i get a good job with a decent mgr.

Agreed, Kathy G. is great. Hopefully they put her at the top of the hub list. She makes Mike "Michael Scott" N. look terribly inept. Wouldn't it be nice to not have to listen to his stupid humor anymore? Just don't trust him anymore.
 


















MN acts like he has your back, tells you he has your back, but has JM on it. Looking out for #1.

This is a BIG problem with our company. They promote these idiots (Mike N) to positions in management and they can't manage people. There is a big difference between managing some busllshit territory and managing people. The company puts these idiots through some crash course in management and think that they now posess management skills. DON'T work for this guy. When you go out in the field with this guy I promise you...you will LOSE business.
 






Mike N. is the comic relief of any meeting. Thinks he is so funny. Funny thing is that JM told me during drinks after meetings that he thinks mike does that because he feels insecure. No shit? Maybe thats because he hasn't done jack shit as a DM. How in the hell has he kept his job? Hey Brent and Joe, if you are so bent on performance, fire this douche and maybe you will see our numbers improve. Look at DMs like Kathy and Glen--they have the respect of their people and it shows.

Did you hear that guys? We reps know when a manager has our back, and when we know they do we will do the extra bullshit for them...it's just that simple!!! The only time Mike has our backs is when he is throwing daggers at it. He is spineless and we know it. Sales will never increase with him in a leadership position, we will just continue to "check the box" and cover our asses.
