Our region has these wanna be RD's that ride with the rest of us incompetent reps right now that is so gay...then they try to provide constructive feedback to us reps who have better numbers than they do...this is stupid and creating an atmosphere on our team that is hurting us...What were you thinking Jeremy? And to you reps on the team who think you are better than us...look in the mirror and realize a few months ago you were playing golf at noon during work days and now you come across like you are the hardest working reps in our region...You also used to be nice to talk to and now you are treating us like we are nothing to you and that you are better than us...nothing has changed you guys...you are just a glorified rep in Jeremy's eyes...Have fun giving us feedback that we don't care about...we just want a real RD!

Did he get permission to do this? This looks like an HR no, no. You have to be a field sales trainer to be in management training. IF you are a rep and don't like this just talk to Jeremy or the Zone Director because to ride with a rep you have to be a field sales trainer or an RD.

Hey, we don't like riding with you crappy reps either! Just because you did not get this highly coveted position does not mean you have to be a sore loser about it. If you don't like it just tell the rep you ride with or Jeremy and I am sure he will be cool about you not participating in this leadership position.

This position does nothing for the reps that get riden with! IT may help someone who got it for their resume and for them to see how we do things in our territories. Alos gives them some free time away from their territories while we work ours with them sitting in our passenger seat. I did not know this was against HR policy for Jeremy to do this but I may report it because I do not like it.

there is no way he would have had this implemented if it was not allowed through HR. He is the most by the book employee Shire has, or has ever had. just do your job, having another rep along in your sales calls can only help you move the business in the right direction. Sounds like those who were not selected to be do ride alongs are a little jealous. Mabye if you would spend less time on CP and more time closing docs you would be the one riding along, instead of the rep who needs someone to ride along with them.
