Cleveland RD to Corporate Office

Jeremy Hamelik is going to the corporate office to work with all of his buddies Doug Conner and Taylor Raiford...Cleveland don't count on him coming back...He used your backs to get him back up to the corpoarte office at a higher postion
 






At the end of the day...Jeremy is a great guy and a hard worker. I work with him and can speak first hand to his leadership and benefit to any team. Regardless - if he does or does not come back to Cleveland -- you can't deny the success that he has had which no other previous RD has been able to accomplish in that area .... AND he is a great person and colleague. I believe that he is an asset to Shire regardless of the position that he is in...and trust me - I was one of his biggest "haters"/critics before I got to know him. Jeremy is not a bad guy at all, in fact - probably one of the truer souls at this company --- he is just naturally intense and wired ....but a good person --- don't be so harsh.
 


















Jeremy is the best I have ever seen at seeming to be an amiable and decent person all the while having the unfortunate tendency of ignoring propriety and happily throwing anyone under the bus at anytime it suits his purposes.... one may consider watching out for what is aid to him.

I know who is writing this sh--...Without naming names it is the individuals who did not get the leadership positions on the team...This goes to show why you did not get them...No leadership...Pesimism and Cynisism
 












It is a glorified rep over 2-3 reps on the team...They ride with their 2-3 reps and give them ideas on how to help them...Pretty much just a made up position to make the curret RD look good and get him up to the corporate office for his "good" ideas
 






whoever has say a bad word about JH is a liar. Ive never had a better boss, in Pharma or any other field. He is the hardest working, most helpful and respectful boss I've been able to work with. Its a shame that which ever boso started this thread felt they had to use first and last name. toolbags
 






I agree with the above poster. Everyone on this team agrees that JH is the best manager we have ever had. LW was good but he has even been better. He has been more than fair, has very innovative ideas, cares about his reps more than you know, etc. If he wants to got to the corpoate office then so be it. He has earned it and our region has been better because of him. Thanks JH!
