This surprises no-one. True Health cheating the system.
Violating Patents...
Shenanigans with billing Medicare...
Operating in states without a permit...

No surprises here. Notice that the primary plaintiff is the Cleveland Clinic. It’s not a good sign for a newly formed CVD lab to be sued by the global leader in heart disease in its first full year as an operational reference lab. For those still wondering if True Health would turn out to be HDL Part II, this should remove all doubt.
 
































































So happy True Health is getting recognized for the POS lab it is with it's idiot leadership! Basically being run by the crooks that worked for Bluewave and sold HDL based on the P&H fee and didn't care about the science. Unfortunately these guys made millions and were hoping to milk the money cow a little longer. Maybe it is time to sell your million dollar homes and expensive cars and start living like you should! They will be done soon!!!!
 
































Totally legit? Really?
Boston Heart is not billing patients and still paying out $15 per sample! Atherotech and CHL do the right thing and make changes and BH keeps thumbing their nose at the system. They will feel the pain one day.

Stop spreading lies, after DOJ ruling BHD stopped all payments to physicians. BHD is exploding, will be the only player soon.

Lies? No lies. After DOJ ruling you stopped paying physicians $15 now you pay others in the office that $15. And no balance billing! Don't think you're all high and mighty and bash True Health. Get off our board.
