Since the purchase, we have been told we will have the same bonus plan (now we won’t) we can drive our own cars (we can’t-and Quest cars have trackers) and our cell phones will be paid at $50 a month (that changed too).

It’s so sad that Quest can grow marketshare-so they have to buy marketshare....then they screw it up!

I am getting the hell out of here before that Valentines Day Sales Meeting in Dallas!!!
 












Just wait until Quest the commodity testing provider meets MDVIP! Those customers pay a $1650 annual retainer to their physicians and expect “A+” service. BHL cardiac tests were a big part of the sales pitch for MDVIP membership. Better not screw it up!
