Ya it’s their problem not the disgusting people who are creating a toxic work environment. Steve is a young man can’t expect him to control himself? Natera is in over their head and the board needs to replace Phil and Bob. Unfortunately Steve surrounds himself with his buddies and not the people with the experience or know-how for what we are facing right now.

Bob is a joke and hasn’t been held accountable for the shit job he has done for the last 18 months.

Phil is solely responsible for the complete and udder inept Emperor team. Look at the volume they are driving it is a complete joke for a team that has been in this space for this long.

We need people with more experience in the space and if Chapman can’t get those people in the right spots he needs to go as well. But I think he can do it the question is will he do what is right for the business or his bros?
 



Selling empower is greatest job. Only my rd does less work than us. I maybe make it out once or twice a week for decent pay. Let’s get real It’s too late to right the ship. Time has passed. The problem starts at the top. Chapman is weak, impatient, and doesn’t think strategically. He’s a micromanaging salesperson, not a leader.

He wanted to make his mark by growing the company. He went too fast, doesn’t hire right, runs talent out and keeps the Bro world alive a well.

The board needs to remove Chapman, PiG and Bob.
