Ya it’s their problem not the disgusting people who are creating a toxic work environment. Steve is a young man can’t expect him to control himself? Phil is a svp so he has the right to be inappropriate? We shouldn’t expect these gifts to be professional or knowledgeable. How dare anyone say something.

Agree ^^^ coke jaw cake poster needs to get off their ass and start taking accountability…and get that jaw fixed. It’s freaky looking
 






Natera is in over their head and the board needs to replace Phil and Bob. Unfortunately Steve surrounds himself with his buddies and not the people with the experience or know-how for what we are facing right now.

Bob is a joke and hasn’t been held accountable for the shit job he has done for the last 18 months.

Phil is solely responsible for the complete and udder inept Emperor team. Look at the volume they are driving it is a complete joke for a team that has been in this space for this long.

We need people with more experience in the space and if Chapman can’t get those people in the right spots he needs to go as well. But I think he can do it the question is will he do what is right for the business or his bros?
 



Selling empower is greatest job. Only my rd does less work than us. I maybe make it out once or twice a week for decent pay. Let’s get real It’s too late to right the ship. Time has passed. These clowns had opportunity to learn new markets and build to scale. A few years ago they were told to not reuse their garbage programs. Welcome to house StPhil built.
 



Last 2 posts are true. They’re bleeding out money with no ROI in sight. How has it gone this long without mass intervention? Stop the bleeding but what can you expect when you leave dumb and dumber in charge of the lab
 



HC model is so far broken in my opinion. There’s no way the bros can pivot and undo all of the crap decisions made with Empower. They’re like middle aged women with hot flashes. One day on one day off.. call points, roles, responsibilities… that’s why we’re sucking donkey blls. Sorry Steve, it’s true!

The problem starts at the top. Chapman is weak, impatient, and doesn’t think strategically. He’s a micromanaging salesperson, not a leader.

He wanted to make his mark by growing the company. He went too fast, doesn’t hire right, runs talent out and keeps the Bro world alive a well.

The board needs to remove Chapman, PiG and Bob.
