Class action?

Many of us who took a job selling Praluent were brought here under false pretenses and no one was given full disclosure during the interview process about the company being sued for patent infringement for the very drug were were being brought in to sell. A lot of us wouldn't have left our previous jobs to come here if we would have been made aware of the situation. Not to mention the BS about a robust pipeline and opportunities galore for reps to coming here being given the opportunity to sell other products. We all saw how well the company takes care of their own in regards to giving opportunity to internal candidates for new jobs vs outside candidates.

I wonder, if Praluent does get pulled off the market, how many of us would be willing to be part of a class action suit against Regeneron?

People at Amgen only know how to sue. Not sell.

maybe so..... what's the difference.....all sanofi and regeneron can say is there's no patent infringement. a complete reflection of hubris, incompetence and lack of accountability....

hate to tell those billionaires that their opinions don't count .............time to put up or shut up......

Sure! Throw in incenting on enrollments, steering business and unfair pay bands. If you're a female or minority how about diversity?

The company doesn't take care of their own. Internal candidates have to apply and interview as if they're an external candidate.

Did someone promise you Cloud 9 and now you're hip deep in SHIT?

Be a hero and share your story on recruiting sites to prevent your fate......

ah hem.... glass..door...com!

I think most of us came here with promises of all of this opportunity with a robust pipeline, yet when opportunities come up, a lot of us are never even considered even though we have more experience than people who got the jobs. The same people who promised opportunity just continue to hire their friends and take care of their own instead of the most qualified candidates.

Yes, unfortunately, this is the company culture. Not right.

Seriously you didn't know? When did you come on board ? This has been public knowledge for a very long time.
