Hey Allergan,
You have been warned, it looks like past and present employees are rallying the troops to come together and form a class action lawsuit against you in reference to a payout for unpaid overtime. This is serious and you should take it as serious. Just look at the millions Novartis paid out in 2011. I bet they didn't think that one rep's voice could bring down an entire company. Yes, that is right. It was the work of one women that caused the massive payout to all women employed during a specific time frame for unpaid overtime. All the other women that were paid out didn't have to do a thing. They all collected a pay out whether they worked there or not. You better wake up. They are coming for you. LMAO!!!!

I think there was a major court decision over the last 18 months preventing overtime suits. Salaried employees are on the clock 24/7. I don't agree with it, but that's the deal.

Get informed. The overtime class action possibility is not true. Already decided. Precedence set. Salaried employees have no valid claims.

However, Allergan, in the Eyecare division, has shown a HUGE pattern of clearing out the protected group of over 45 yrs (age). There is also strong evidence of non-diversity in the sales force and management. Look around at the NSM- mostly young boobilicious and stud-ly whites under 40's. A few Hispanics a couple of blacks, one or two middle eastern, and Asian. One or two women over 50. Count the religious diversity on one hand. Jews? Muslim?

Already a few individual lawsuits filed. Problems is no one wants to forgo a severance to fight Allergan and big time attorneys they hire to slap the little guys around. It will continue until enough people come forward that it gets the attention of Pyott. Each time they settle one of these it costs them a nice little wad of cash-ola and possibly a bit of bad press.

But, the class action overtime suit is bogus. Sorry!

As a former employee on the neuro team, I have been called about joining a class action case regarding fraud - specifically bonus payouts. The Botox franchise continues to score record profits year after year, yet the ranking and bonus structure has so limited payouts to top performers, it is pathetic! Unless you are in the top 5%, forget it. And don't go posting some BS response about "work hard make money". If you worked for Allergan Neuroscience, you know exactly what I am talking about. Tri/Tri, ridiculous division goals that give everyone a headache - for which no amount of Botox can cure, and constant changes in direction from RS and NM, keep people wondering if anyone gets paid at 100%. So - record profits+bonuses in the toilet = someone's making some cash. It sure as sh#t isn't the sales teams.

Make no assumptions that the neurodivision as the corner o being screwed out of bonus money. The last time any Allegan divisions were truly paid any decent amount was when Mik Ball was here. He was an advocate for he sales reps and felt paying those tha "bring it" keeps em bringing it. True! Money motivates. JG does not get it. Demise of Alergan.
