DC firm Guttman Buschner Brooks pursing lawsuit against Pfizer plus personal execs in Medical & head of marketing at the time whom were intentionally covering up CV deaths & events. (Even telling sales force at national mtgs that all the CV noise at ACR yrs ago that Dr Cush mentioned in his newsletter RhuemNow, was all not true & no CV events related to Xeljanz---no way can be direct cause & was basically not true. Guttman was the lead attorney for $2 Billion lawsuit for Neurontin. He also represented patients with Bextra cover up.
All cases resulted in victory for Guttman while several execs lost their jobs as well as life savings with individual suits as well.
 




Attorney Reuben Guttman is the King of Pharma litigation! He is the Wolf of Pharma.
All the guy does is WIN WIN WIN.
He has great relationship w FDA as his lawsuits have made the FDA rich with billions $$$$ in company fines!
He goes after not just the company for billions but key individuals & execs who knew info with the goal of holding them accountable for actions & not being able to work in pharma again !

Xeljanz & the VP, Pres, execs will be no different. Guttman will WIN BIG once again.
Like like his previous $2 Billion win against Pfizer wasnt enough. This will be equally as bad given just 1yr Xeljanz sales is $2.6 billion.
He ll go after 3yrs of sales.
Like Neurontin & Bextra whistle blowing lawsuits before, Xeljanz will be extinct & key people will be exposed....Bye Bye

That dude is the King of Pharma Slayers!
Its game - set- match wire a Billion plus from Pfe Swiss bank! Also immediate unemployment line for key management that was in the know downplaying & flat out denying a connection at ACRs the past few years!

Major historical coverup by Xeljanz Head of Medical- Andy & Head of Marketing- Jeff.
They were lying and covering up to the sales force with all kinds of marketing smoke & mirror pieces!
Andy is gone w his millions in the bank and Jeff got promoted to VP of Sales. Guess it paid to lie & coverup.
Both are arrogant P O S and likely will end up unemployed when this is all said & done.
