So for all of those hat have left on their own or terminated and asked to sign a wavier that you wont sue the company please know that document can't be enforced. I know I hired a lawyer when presented with this and was told in his 30 plus years as a corportate lawyer he has never seen a company require this. So they can't hold your severance hostage and why do you think this document exists in the first place? Because Xeris knows they will lose their asses with all the illegal BS they have done. My lawyer told Xeris I would sign but they have to buy me out to give up this right! They caved. I got the money owed to me and didnt sign this document
I think all of the reps that have been terminated since the begining of this shit show should hold Xeris accountable and file a class action suit. Before you sign that illegal document have a lawyer look at it. I refused to sign it still got my money owed to me and Xeris backed down. Lets all unify and sue the crap out of Xeris.

Signing a piece of paper is a scare tactic. Every contract is breakable. It’s not a one sided deal. This company could be successful; however, the CEO needs to put the right team together. Almost did it but cheesed out for selfish reasons.
