Did all women who worked for Merck during the class action time period receive a check? I just got in the mail a check for $1550.00, after taxes it was $958. Curious to hear what others received. And this is only women who received this settlement, right?

I have not received any check yet and was with the company the entire time period. Just curious, were we supposed to send anything in accepting the lawsuit?

There was a legal package sent that required immediate action for processing of judgement and there was a ninety day limit to claim

Actually there was no fault. You got money to shut that trap. It was a lawsuit with no merit. Cheaper to pay such a small amount of money.
