def big geographies. had phone screen (damn star questions..ughh. who uses those anymore?) got the face to face. nice manager...seems a bit young, but says he's not a "micromanager." territory sounds like it's still being set up..no definite borders yet, but sounds large. my friend is a DM with alcon for a long time, but can't speak much about the CIBA side. playing phonetag w/ that contact, so i'll have more info after we talk. i want to hear about the culture, product portfolio, etc. we all know alcon is a giant...rare turnover, ppl don't seem to leave...great benefits,etc.... i have 3rd interview with bausch and lomb on the anti inflamm side and not sure about that product portfolio as Lotimax is over 12 yrs on the market...what more can it do? what's their pipeline etc? a lot of concerns there.
bottom line..not sure of the CIBA environment/products versus bausch and lomb. one calling on opthamologists...versus opticians.
