It's frustrating when people ask if there's a pill they can take to lose weight. Wanting to shed pounds shouldn't rely on a quick-fix solution like a pill, as there are healthier ways to achieve this goal. Those aren't my own words. Every sales person wants to be paid their bonus. You’re obviously not a PC1 or PC2. We’ve been dealing with so much bullshit it’s unreal. This drug has no supply, barely any samples, no insurance coverage, and we look like a bunch of dumbasses telling providers it’s covered on plans for it to turn around and be denied. We’re doing so much damage control that we all hate our jobs and the least Lilly can do is compensate us appropriately! A lot of people are getting their resumes together to leave this shitty situation

Who woulda thought promoting off label, overselling a temporary co pay card and trading samples to office staff in exchange for scripts during launch would hurt you're growth trajectory in the long term?

We did not promote off label. That was corporate’s fault. They are the ones that released the weight loss data a week before Mounjaro launched. They are the ones that created that crazy ass copay card.they knew what they were doing. If we still had everything we had when we launched we’d be doing great. But there’s no supply and no insurance coverage and compounding. No one wants to or can afford to pay $1000+ a month for this drug

I laugh at this thread. These offices knew about product via social media and shared exactly how to write. Considering the only coverage company secured for most were Med D plans, so how else do you get providers to write with little to no coverage? Once samples get to office we have no control of what happens after signature. I wish a dumb Lilly rep would tell an office you can’t have samples due to staff use. Lol. The company gave us a narrow margin on launch but card and samples. Since Lilly had Cialis, were there any complaints when male providers shared how good the samples worked? Bet not….

So true! As I’m enjoying my staycation with my family, I guarantee you the brand team and upper management have their toes in the sand enjoying their families in some dreamy destination. This is their clusterf*ck, not ours. But reps are being punished, not them. The only thing reps can do is kiss ass, be FAKE as shit to the ones you secretly can’t stand, get promoted to screw those beneath you over. Can’t make this shit up.

maybe you didn't, but the majority of reps did and are. You are right on, however about the release of the weight loss data. Why did they do that? Because they knew full well that reps would go out and detail on that study. Providers are writing this as a weight loss drug, everyone knows this.
