Does anyone know what we're getting this year?
My last company gave us a ham, I'm hoping for am turkey this year.


Well, my last company gave us $200.00 every Christmas, maybe we will get that, but I seriously doubt it lol I have a feeling we wont be getting a d*** thing

You will be getting/keeping a job with a good company, who is on its way up.
Be thankful and quit whining.
 












Nothing. They expect us to do more with less employees but can't even give each employee the $10.00 they gave prior to last year. Hard to keep morale up when they can't show a little appreciation. Everyone is stressed to the max. Patients are going to suffer and it is not their fault.
 
























This is a true statement .
If they need a strong First Quarter they will RIF and close locations after the new budget but before Q1.
If they need a stronger Mid year they will RIF and close after the first of the year


So..when does the new budget come out ? Between the new CSC center in North Carolina and all the LLT stuff, its all so incredibly confusing. No one knows what the h*** is going on. It's a huge mess, IMO
 












RIFs are scheduled for Q1 2014. Locations that have been rolled into the CSCs will lose their CSRs. A lot of long term employees will lose their jobs right after the holidays. Why does anyone still work for this company?

Thats a good question, but are you saying that the locations that have more than 1 CSR will let go of 1 or both? And what about the locations that have been rolled into the CSC that only have 1 CSR? I guess my questions is , will locations that have rolled into the CSC be allowed to keep 1 CSR or not?
 












Only the larger locations will be allowed to keep a CSR. If you have an O2 base of 400 or more then you will probably be able to keep one CSR.

Thanks for answering that, thats kind of what I figured, do you have any idea when they will be letting go of the CSR's, time frame wise?

Doesn't state how far apart those locations need to be. Besides, just another job to toss on the pile for the LCM's.

Or how about the PST's who seem to rarely get cut and have plenty of time to sit around.

Annnnnnnd yes before all of you jump up and down it goes without saying it does not apply to all PST's.
