Christmas gift or bonus, anyone?

The first year I was on this contract, we at least received a nominal Christmas gift. For the last 2 years, we're lucky to even get a Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays email from the powers that be.

A nominal gift was a very nice gesture, as it makes us feel a little appreciated.

There aren't alot of people on our contract. It's quite pathetic that we received nothing!

This is Iqvia - Managers do not give out bonuses and they do not care about you. Most likely your Manager is a 65-year-old Pfizer re-tread who only cares about himself. He's probably living down south, enjoying his Pfizer pension and double-dipping as a real estate broker, property manager, or has his own construction/general contractor business. He'll tell you that your Holiday Bonus is your job and that you should be thankful that you have a job.
