saw openings for respiratory in Chicago area.

- what drugs promoting
- base salary
- commission/bonus range
- benefits etc...

Not looking for any bashing or advice to run from this company just answers to above questions.

proair respiclick ( one of many albuterol inhalers) 60% Qvar and Qnasl 20% each ( me too steroids). Don't get paid on any Medicaid Rx's. They talk like we are a premier respiratory company but products have been around forever in one form or another. Breath acuated delivery is actually pretty dumb idea because if your Inspiration is compromised during an attack how do you convince a doctor the patient can activate it. Leadership is a joke filled with managers who don't know how to lead, only say what the Area Director tells them to say. Pay is average for the industry up to 100k in base. Company cars are nice, better than any company I have seen (makes up for the me too products and lack of leadership and worthless call metrics). Chicago manager is ok, heads and tails better than Michigan.

hey boy genius, do you ever think things through? this person you are "helping" only told you they are a candidate....why are you so trusting? Even if this is a candidate posting, these boards are scoured daily by less than genuine trolls hired by a competitor in any market...I don't care so much about protecting the company...but when it comes to spelling out share of voice, and IC plan, along with messaging, I'll protect my pay check! I'm not sharing with any two bit a hole that's going to re write it, call it primary research finding, and stick it in their monthly report and make a nice profit off of my kindness...they never respect us enough to share exactly why they are asking, or how much they are paid to snitch, so I will respect them even less. Rip off artist bite.
 












I doubt they will be offering 100k to anyone that cannot prove they made that prior to interviewing. There are long term reps that are just making that now. They know people are laid off and wanting back in. No way that offer reaches 100k unless the rep already makes that type of coin.

Who cares, company is a joke and the products are a bigger joke. The only thing they are good at is generic products because it takes little to no strategy or thinking. Do you think anyone cares if a me too albuterol is 50 or 60% of the plan. What else do you want to know. We use Aetna as our insurance company and fidelity as our 401k.
 






Have to agree. If you think someone is gaining a competitive advantage by reading this board then you got way to much conspiracy time on your hands. TC would not know an original idea if it fell out of the sky. Managment is surrounded by yes men dinosaurs who don't even know what a HIX plan is and can't even spell EMR.
