They need to clean house again and get rid of all these pharma and thermo ppl. I highly doubt they will make anymore changes going forward, but let's hope for the best.
 






I'm sorry but I'm tired of everyone saying this is the fault of the RDs.
I'm not an RD but seriously people who do you think the direction comes from?
Who is telling the Rds what is needed, what good direction looks like, how to work w their tsms?
Uh hello their VP of sales and their RvP. If you think you have it rough from your boss about your numbers as a TSM think of the ass chewing and shit the RDs go through every day.
How about a tad bit of gratitude and understanding
Rod, James, Phil and Jamie should be the ones being asked to leave

The problem is that there are bad RSDs. James hired people that would manage in his style. They have similar personalities in some cases….ie. SK. When James pushes them, those RSDs true personalities really come out! It's because they are weak minded and have no backbone to stand up and go to bat for their respective teams.
 
























I dont know what to think. Our Manager called us to say how excited he was at all the changes and this was the best meeting ever. I don't know about everyone else, but I am just so excited too!
 
























I agree…let's give this a chance. If they are going to seriously crack down on the 1st line managers and "grade" them on their ability to retain employees, then maybe they will change in their management styles. Things could actually get better. They might actually weed out the likes of Steven King & James Straza.
 






Amen.this guy isn't playing games. He will make sure we get to 250 million the right way. He has a great attitude and always been successful. Let's give this a shit and see if he is dead on with his deadlines! Pay raise October 15th.
